Acceptable use.
- The platform is for independent LiveGood affiliates running legitimate referral activity.
- No misrepresentation of affiliation with LiveGood Inc.
- No use of LiveGood Inc. wordmarks or logos on user-uploadable merch artwork.
- No use of the platform to send unsolicited bulk email, run dark-pattern funnels, or violate FTC native-advertising rules.
Subscription billing.
Month-to-month or annual via Stripe. The active tier and renewal date are visible in your account settings. Cancel any time from the same place — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, with no exit fee.
Refunds within 7 days of a charge are at platform discretion; we'd rather you tell us why something isn't working than chargeback first.
Your content.
You own what you publish (profile, landing pages, generated content). You grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display and serve that content in the ways the product is intended to display and serve it. We don't sell your content to third parties.
Termination.
The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of acceptable use, repeated chargeback abuse, or activity that endangers other users. Whenever feasible, you'll be given notice and an opportunity to correct the issue first.

The platform is provided as-is. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by LiveGood Inc. References to "LiveGood" describe the company whose affiliates use this tool; they are not a claim of affiliation, ownership, or partnership.
Governing law.
To be set in the counsel-reviewed version. Until then, disputes are addressed in good faith via the in-app help center.
